My friend and I experienced issues with undisclosed fees at Royalton Chic Cancun, the pools were too cold, and the room noise disturbed our sleep. However, the modern property, exceptional food, and hospitable staff made up for it. Overall, a luxurious stay with some room for improvement.

Despite minor inconveniences, the Royalton Chic Cancun wowed me! The Diamond package was worth it for impeccable service. The beachfront suite, 24-hr room service, and fun rooftop parties made my stay unforgettable. I'll cherish the memories and can't wait to return. A true Mexican paradise!

The oceanfront room views from the 15th floor were breathtaking, and the food surpassed expectations- no hassle getting a table at any restaurant. The spa was a much-needed getaway, their full body massages were pure bliss. Only small issue was slow room service at times, but the overall experience was top-notch. 🌴

It was like watching the game live, but with the added bonus of a beautiful ocean view and fantastic company.

The location was perfect, close to everything and right on the ocean. The hotel facilities were amazing, with clean and well-maintained pools, beaches, and common areas. The staff was really good and attentive to our needs. Every morning, we were greeted with a delicious breakfast, and there were many options to choose from.

Rooms are spacious and luxurious with easy-to-use electronic room keys. Excellent food options including delicious Asian and Italian dishes, with a wide variety of buffet options. High energy nightlife with entertaining music and fun activities. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for exploring the surrounding area.

We spent a total of 9 nights at this beautiful and elegant resort. the room was spacious and perfect for taking pictures, with an amazing ocean view. the rooftop cabanas with mini pools were a great addition and worth the extra cost. the pools were stunning and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. We had a personal butler named Axel from the Autograph Collection who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He helped us book reservations at different restaurants and even arranged free treatments at the spa. Axel also made sure we had water in our room and arranged for a late check-out at 4 p.m. for free. the staff were exceptional, with special mentions to Esteban, the concierge who helped plan a special birthday dinner, and Fernando at the buffet who always provided excellent service.

The staff was amazing, always kind and helpful. The food was amazingly tasty with a variety of restaurants to choose from. The location is very good, facing the ocean with clean and beautiful pools. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back with my family!

I chose the hotel to visit the Scorpion's Temple ruins, but I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and access to all amenities and services of the wider resort complex, including pools and restaurants.

The room was so chic and cozy, with a cool balcony to soak up the ocean view. It made me feel like royalty, and the swim-out pool was the cherry on top!

Personally, I wished the swim-out pools were a tad bit warmer.
